Billing Terms Of Use & FAQ's

Use of any Altos Trading products or services indicates that you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions stated within this document. You understand and acknowledge that you have the ability to receive email alerts.  In addition to receiving the alerts by email, premium subscribers also have access to the website and mobile app which showcases the current and previous trades.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payments through Stripe and Paypal. In special situations, we do accept Western Union, wire transfers, or personal checks.

What is the billing process?  When you sign up for any of our recurring subscription plans, you will be billed according to your subscription term.  You are billed either by calendar month for monthly subscriptions, every three months for quarterly subscriptions, every six months for special six month subscriptions, or annually for yearly subscriptions from the date of purchase until you decide to cancel the service.  Your subscription will automatically renew unless we receive written notice to cancel the service within 48 hours of the renewal.  There is not a grace period after a subscription is renewed to receive a refund.  However, a credit may be given towards another product or service if user decides they do not want the product they purchased or renewed.  Any remaining balance that is uncollected due to insufficient payment, stop payment, or dispute will be sent to collections and may have adverse effects on the member's personal credit.

What Is The Policy on Installment Payments?  Installment payments are not a loan from Altos Trading, LLC.  Installment payment options are granted to members as a courtesy to break the subscription or enrollment fee into smaller payments.  Opting for an installment plan does not convert the membership into a monthly or quarterly subscription. Installment payment plans cannot be cancelled prior to the end of the term of the initial subscription or until the remaining balance has been collected.  Members who wish to cancel their subscription or membership prior to the installment payment balance being collected will not be permitted to do so.  All sales are final and alert services are non-refundable.  Any remaining installment balance that remains uncollected due to insufficient payment, stop payment, or dispute will be sent to collections and may have adverse effects on the member's personal credit.

Can I switch subscriptions? No, you cannot switch subscriptions. You can cancel one subscription that you no longer wish to keep and start a new subscription with the other service.  We cannot make this switch for you internally.  You will have to manually cancel one and join the other.  You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time.  You will still need to send us an email to cancel out your previous recurring subscription to prevent any double billing.

What is the cancellation policy? Customers can cancel their subscription at any time. To cancel, we recommend a written request. You can do so by emailing us at support@altostrading.com. Altos Trading is not responsible for continued subscriptions should a client forget to cancel their account. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the cancellation.

What is the refund policy? Altos Trading does not issue refunds for their products and services unless otherwise advertised. In special unforeseen circumstances where we are not able to deliver the alerts due to technical issues on our end, we will honor refunds.  Special promotions or limited time offers are also not refund eligible.

Altos Trading does not prorate subscriptions. Please contact us on our contact us page or by email at support@altostrading.com if you have any questions regarding refunds.

What happens if the trade alert service is closed? Altos Trading, LLC reserves the right to modify, combine or discontinue our alert services at any time.  If an alert service is discontinued prior to the end of a member's subscription term, the subscriber has the option of joining another active service provided by Altos Trading, LLC at the time. The subscriber is entitled to a pro-rated credit based on the remaining term until their initial subscription expires.  The subscriber also has the option of taking a pro-rated credit to be used towards any other product or service offered by Altos Trading, LLC.

How do the promo code discounts work?
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion, the discount codes reduce the order total. In the case of a recurring subscription, the discount applies to the first installment (for example: the first year or the first month). The ongoing subscription recurs at the advertised normal rate for the service.

Can I freeze my account? If you decide to freeze your account, you will have the maximum of 3 months out of the year to return and resume your monthly rate. To freeze your account, please send in a written request to support@altostrading.com.

Does Altos Trading grandfather in old subscription rates? Altos Trading appreciates continued support. Many of our customers have been with us with uninterrupted subscriptions for years and continue to enjoy their old, lower rates. Those grandfathered in will still receive their alerts by email but will not have access to the added upgrades that premium subscribers receive.  However, if an account lapses over 30 days the customer will need to re-purchase at current prices.

Is there a free trial for subscriptions? Yes, there are free trials for subscriptions and some subscription products have a $7 thirty-day trial.

The trial period is designed as an introduction to our services. If you have already received a trial period from us for a certain strategy – then you are no longer eligible for a repeat of this promotion for the same strategy.  You can however partake in trial periods of other strategies but cannot repeat trial periods.  Anyone caught breaking this rule will have their subscriptions cancelled immediately and they will no longer be welcome in the service.

Fast Money Trading is intended to be used as an information service for subscribers, and it includes opinions as to buying, selling and holding various stocks and other securities. However, the publishers of Fast Money Trading’s software are not brokers or investment advisers, and do not provide investment advice or recommendations directed to any particular subscriber or in view of the particular circumstances of any particular person. Fast Money Trading, including its owner, does not accept responsibility for any decisions made by subscribers using the Fast Technology software. Subscribers to the signal software or any other persons who buy, sell or hold securities should do so with caution and consult with a broker or investment adviser before doing so.

Trading securities and options involves risk. Prior to buying or selling an option, an investor must receive a copy of Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options. Investors need a broker to trade securities and options, and must meet suitability requirements. Past results are not necessarily indicative of future performance. Performance figures are based on actual alerts provided in the Fast Technology Signal software. Due to the time critical nature of trading, brokerage fees, and the activity of other subscribers, there is no guarantee that subscribers will mirror the performance of the service. Past performance numbers shown are based on trades subscribers could enter based on the trade alerts. Fast Money Trading assumes no responsibility for any losses incurred by any individual or entity as a result of trade alerts or strategies taught through Fast Money Trading website or affiliated companies.

Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing ones’ financial security or lifestyle. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk of actual trading. for example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets.
